Asian Red Snapper Salad

Freund’s Asian dressing over a crunchy salad with mouthwatering red snapper creates a gourmet meal that is just as easy to prepare as it is delicious.

1lb Red Snapper fillet
4 tsp. sesame oil
6 Tbs. soy sauce
4 Tbs. peanut butter
4 Tbs. brown sugar
4 tsp. white vinegar
11/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 8 oz bag lettuce
2 1/2 cups sugar snap peas
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup Freund’s Asian Dressing
Chow mien noodles.

In a bowl whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, white vinegar, and garlic powder. Place each red snapper fillet into the bowl, and turn to coat with mixture.
Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil, and add the red snapper skin side down. Cook 3-4 minutes on medium heat, and then flip over, easily remove skin, and cook another 3-4 minutes.
Toss the lettuce, peas, pepper and dressing in a bowl. Top each salad serving with a red snapper slice and chow mien noodles.
