Asian Style Skewers

Perfect for hosting or for everyday. Serve on a bed of greens sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds.

11/2 cups Freund’s Bantam Sauce
1 small zucchini cut into ½ circles
3 oz. baby bella mushrooms
1 small onion, cut into quarter rings
1 lb. salmon cubes 1 inch
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 20 minutes before using.

Pour the Bantam into a bowl.
Marinate salmon and vegetables in sauce for 1 hour.
Thread salmon and vegetables onto skewers.
Pour remaining marinade over skewers.
Broil for 15 minutes.
