Freund’s Bantam Sauce and Marinade.
Freund’s Bronzini Fillets (1-2 per person)
Wild Rice (preferably a wild rice mix from your local grocery store)
Sliced Carrots (frozen or canned will work fine).
Chic Peas (cooked & prepackaged).
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
Freund’s House Grill Seasoning (ask for your sample at the counter); Honey (your favorite brand and type).
Wash and pat dry the fish and marinate overnight in Freund’s Bantam Sauce and Marinade (inside the refrigerator)
When you’re ready to cook: Remove the fish from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat your oven to 350° approximately 20 minutes before you begin to cook
For the Wild Rice: Prepare according to package directions. Plan for approximately ¾ – 1 cup of cooked rice per person
For the Carrots and Chic Peas:
Drain and rinse with cold water and let drain again. Pour into a bowl and toss with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Freund’s House Grill Seasoning according to your own taste. Place the seasoned Carrots and Chic Peas into a skillet, which has been preheated over medium high heat, and sauté until hot, then place into an oven safe dish and drizzle with honey and bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes;.
For the Fish
Place the fish into an oven-proof dish and bake, uncovered, for approximately 20-25 minutes Plate and serve.
