Cajun Branzino with Avocado Mango Salsa

The deliciously seasoned fish gets topped with a mouthwatering salsa that balances spiciness with sweet mango and creamy coolness of avocado.

4 (6 oz) Branzino fillets
4 tsp. Freund’s Cajun seasoning
2 Tbs. coconut oil or canola oil
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cup diced mango
2 Tbs. red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs. red pepper , finely chopped
1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro, (optional)
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper

To prepare the Fish: Sprinkle 1 tsp. of seasoning onto each fillet. Heat a skillet with coconut oil or canola oil and cook the fish over a medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side. To prepare the Salsa: Combine the salsa ingredients, and serve over the fish.
