Lemon Peppered Halibut and Squash on the Grill

This halibut dish is a really great and simple recipe. Your family will be raving about this dish long after the plates are cleared

Lemon Black Pepper: Mix of fresh cracked pepper corn and lemon zest.
1 Lb. Halibut
1 large zucchini
Assorted mini peppers
Parsley flakes, optional
Freund’s Lemon Black Pepper
Freund’s House Seasoning
2 Tbs. olive or canola oil
Cooking spray
Foil Grill Bags (available at Freunds Fish Market)

House Seasoning: is the classiest spice blend perfect for your everyday cooking. Use it alongside any recipe, to first season the fish, then follow recipe as instructed. You’ll experience a new texture and surprisingly real flavor.
Heat Coal or Gas Grill. Sprinkle fish with parsley flakes, Freund’s Lemon Black Pepper and Freund’s House Seasoning. Cut zucchini into half circles about 1/8 inch thick. Cut peppers in half across. Place zucchini and peppers on top of fish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, House Seasoning, and Lemon Pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Spray inside of Grill Bag with cooking spray. Place fish into Grill Bag. Seal bag according to instructions. Place packets on grill for approximately 20 minutes turning once.
