Marinara Tilapia

1lb tilapia fillets
1 1/2 cups panko crumbs
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 large plum tomatoes, diced
4 oz tomato sauce
1tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 450°.
Dip fish into mayonnaise, then into crumbs.
Place fish into a baking dish.
Spray with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and baked through.
In the meantime, heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add onion, cook 5-10 minutes or until tender.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve tomato ,mixture over fish
