Pasta Primavera Salmon Salad

This delicious pasta salad is perfect for summer Shalosh Seudos. Prepare and store each component separately in advance and assemble just before serving.

8 oz multi colored spiral pasta
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/3 cup finely chopped purple onion
3/4 cup diced cucumber
1 cup Freund’s House Ranch Dressing
12 salmon cubes
2 Tbs. oil divided
1 1/2 Tbs. Freund’s Spicy Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Freund’s House seasoning

Cook pasta in boiling water and drain.
In a bowl, combine pasta and vegetables, and toss with ranch dressing.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. Drizzle another tablespoon of oil over the salmon cubes and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and house seasoning. Place the cubes into the skillet, and cook for approximately 6 minutes over a medium flame, flipping the cubes so that all sides get cooked evenly.
Top each pasta serving with 3 salmon cubes.
