Pecan Crusted Honey Mustard Side of Salmon

The buttery crispiness of baked pecans and the mouthwatering honey mustard sauce create the perfect combo with salmon. This impressive and mouthwatering dish never fails to impress family or guests, and none will guess that it takes just minutes to prepare!

1 side of salmon, skin removed
(approximately 3 ½ lbs)
Freund’s house seasoning;
or salt, to taste
1 jar Freund’s Honey Mustard Sauce
1 ¾ cup chopped pecans
1 Tbs. parsley

Place salmon onto a baking sheet and sprinkle house seasoning or salt to taste.
Pour the honey mustard sauce over salmon.
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and parsley, and sprinkle over the salmon.
Bake at 450° for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes when handled with a fork.
