Perch Lo Mein

This tasty lo mein has a spicy kick that will leave you craving a second portion. Serve it hot straight from the pot.

For the Fish:
1lb Nile Perch Fillet cut into 1 inch Pieces
Freunds’ House Seasoning
3 Tbs. Olive or Canola Oil
For the Stir Fry:
1/2 package Lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
3 cloves garlic or 3 frozen garlic cubes
1 box Fresh mushrooms, or 1 can
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 bag frozen snap peas
1 tsp. salt
For the Sauce:
6 Tbs. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Olive or Canola oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
1 tsp. Freund’s Sriracha Sauce
Sprinkle Freund’s House Seasoning well on fish.

Sushi Maven Sriracha Sauce, is a hot sauce which goes well on everything. Some ideas are:
*spread on fish, then grill *stir into mashed potatoes *mix into macaroni and cheese.

Heat oil in 12 inch skillet or frying pan. Stir fry fish 3-5 minutes on each side until gold in color. Remove fish from skillet with slotted spoon, cover to keep warm.
Add garlic, red pepper mushrooms, snap peas and salt to skillet. Stir fry 5-7 minutes until tender.
In a separate pot, cook noodles according to package direction, drain well, add to vegetables in pot. Stir in sauce, and then fish gently being careful not to break fish.
