Defrost completely under cold running water. Place approximately ¾ inch water inside a skillet large enough to hold the Baby Limas. Put 2 tablespoons of the (Parve) Garlic Butter into the water. Put the Baby Limas into the pan. Use a medium high heat to bring the water to a boil and let the Baby Limas cook, uncovered, until almost all of the water is gone. The turn the heat to low and season to taste with Freund’s House Seasoning.
To cook the fish: Preheat your oven to 375F for 15-20 minutes before cooking the fish. Put the fish into an oven-proof pan and top with ¼ – ½ cup of Freund’s Chef’s Tapenade Olives. Place into preheated oven and cook, uncovered, for 18-24 minutes, until you reach the doneness you desire.
