Tartar Topped Spring Salmon Tail With Gin Zing Greens

Freund’s Tartar Sauce
Freund’s Gin Zing sauce and Marinade
Freund’s Breaded Salmon Tail. (1-2 per person)
Mixed Green Salad
Skillet and Canola oil

Place Skillet on stove top and pour approximately ½ inch canola oil into the pan.
Heat skillet on medium to medium high heat.
Once the oil is hot, place the Salmon into the oil and cook until golden brown.
Once the Salmon is cooked, remove it from the oil and place on clean paper towels to drain.
Serve the cooked Salmon while still hot, topped with Freund’s Tartar Sauce.
Use Freund’s Gin Zing Sauce ad a salad dressing for your mixed green salad.
