Turbot Fillet with Salsa

The best salsa recipe paired with the soft flesh of your favorite white fish fillet is absolutely delicious and irresistible- it’s loaded with the tastiest vibrant flavor. This recipe is more than just ‘pretty good’.

4 8oz turbot fillets or any light fish ex: flounder, tilapia, or bronzini
Salt and pepper to sprinkle for taste
Olive oil or cooking spray
Salsa
4 plum tomatoes diced
1 small onion diced very fine
2 cloves garlic minced or 2 frozen garlic cubes
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sushi maven sriracha sauce
If you like it hot, you can increase the sriracha sauce.

Preheat oven to 400°
Spry cooking spray onto baking pan and also both sides of fillet. Sprinkle salt onto fillets. Bake ten minutes uncovered.
Meanwhile prepare salsa. Mix ingredients. You can use a hand blender for half of mixture for a less chunky salsa. Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle salsa over fillets. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
