Umami Marinated Salmon Cubes with White Rice & Pickled Okra

Freund’s Umami Sauce and Marinade (1 jar for every 13 cubes)
Freund’s Scottish Salmon Cubes (6-8 per person
Your favorite White Rice
Freund’s Pickled Okra

Wash and pat dry the fish and marinate overnight in Freund’s Umami Sauce and Marinade (inside the refrigerator).
When you’re ready to cook:
Remove the fish from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat your oven to 350° approximately 20 minutes before you begin to cook.
For the Rice:
Prepare according to package directions. Plan for approximately ¾ – 1 cup of cooked rice per person.
For the Fish:
Place the fish into an oven-proof dish and bake, uncovered, for approximately 18-20 minutes.
Plating:
Place the Cooked Cubes and Rice on opposite sides of the plate, then place the chilled Pickled Okra between them. Next, drizzle just a bit of the Pickled Okra brine over the hot rice right before serving.
